Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance to lead their finance function within a growing and ambitious dealership group based in the North East.

- Business partner with the Dealership Principal.
- Lead the finance function across operations, retail, parts, and workshop.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies, expansion plans, and manage capital projects effectively.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and implement strong internal controls.
- A qualified accountant with proven experience as a Head of Finance in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Analytical, communicate, and positively influence running the business better.
- Someone who can help an entrepreneur scale the dealership successfully and get things done!
