Responsibilities
• Advise on and manage high-value IP litigation across a broad spectrum of IP rights, including patents, trademarks, designs, and copyright issues.
• Provide expert advice on AI-related matters and associated risk management strategies.
• Deliver exceptional client service and support the firm’s strategic objectives.
• Participate in business development activities, including building client relationships and networking with international offices.
Requirements
• Strong academic achievement and a genuine interest in developing expertise in intellectual property and disputes.
• Flexibility to support IP litigation across various jurisdictions and issues.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced, supported environment.
