- Finance leadership and business partnering experience in food processing, retail, or FMCG.
- Experience in negotiating commercial deals with the multiples.
- A track record of developing a “front foot” finance function.
- The ability to add significant shareholder value through commercial, strategic and operational means.
- Experience in raising finance, grant negotiation and managing large capex projects.
- A mindset to increase shareholder value!
