Responsibilities
- Primary HR Business Partner for teams across Ireland, the UK, and Germany, guiding HR policies, performance management, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive leadership effectiveness, team performance, and workforce alignment with organisational strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Irish employment law and HR practices in the UK and Germany, managing complex employee relations issues and partnering with external counsel when required.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including role scoping, interviewing, and onboarding processes, to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Lead performance management processes, organisational design projects, and change management initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience, ideally in financial technology, SaaS, start-up, or private equity-backed environments.
- Strong understanding of Irish employment law and familiarity with HR practices in the UK and Germany.
- Proven experience in supporting organisations through transformations such as restructuring, scaling, or operating model changes.
- Demonstrated expertise across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge constructively, and partner confidently with senior leaders.
