The Panel is working on a retained basis to source an experienced strategic Senior Vice President, Product Management to join the Fund Services team of a leading global funds client. This role will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of high-impact products that are critical to the business, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across technology, operations, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key Fund Services products.

Lead the development of innovative, scalable solutions that deliver meaningful value to clients and the business.

Act as a senior thought leader within product management and across the wider organization.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Directors, and cross-functional teams to ensure strong alignment and execution against strategic priorities.

Influence product direction at an enterprise level, particularly for mission-critical or highly innovative initiatives.

Provide leadership and guidance on day-to-day product decisions, including technical and design direction.

Champion agile ways of working, partnering with multiple scrum teams to deliver concurrent initiatives effectively.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

8–10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of strategic product roadmaps in complex, highly matrixed environments.

Prior experience in funds or funds services is essential

Demonstrated success building and launching products from ideation through delivery, iteration, and enhancement.

Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading teams across multiple scrum teams.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
