The Role
- Lead financial operations for our growing client base
- Deliver accurate management accounts and reporting
- Work hands-on with Xero and modern AI based accounting tools
- Bring recent practice experience to shape processes and mentor others
- Grow into a Senior Practice Accountant role with leadership responsibilities
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and compliance
- Strong proficiency with Xero
- Ambitious, commercially sharp, and ready to make an impact
- Be an early influencer as part of a high-growth consultancy with clear progression
