Our client is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support and enhance a complex, multi-site network environment. This is a senior role providing 2nd and 3rd line support, acting as an escalation point, and contributing to network design and improvement.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide 2nd/3rd line network and systems support
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents
- Act as an escalation point for major network issues
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Assist with the design, implementation, and support of on-prem and cloud network solutions
- Maintain security controls, patching, and vulnerability remediation
Requirements include:
- 10+ years’ experience in networking and enterprise systems support
- Strong experience in Microsoft-based environments (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP)
- Proven experience supporting multi-site network environments
- Hands-on expertise with Cisco and Fortinet technologies
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPNs, TCP/IP, and core network services
- Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell or similar)
