Our client is seeking a professional and proactive Front Office Receptionist to join their team. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception experience.
- Manage all front-of-house activities, including meeting room bookings, setup, AV support, and refreshments coordination.
- Oversee courier, post, and delivery management, as well as event and catering coordination for in-office activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with office vendors, including cleaning and catering services, ensuring high standards are met.
- Support facilities management and ad hoc events at various company properties, ensuring seamless operations and presentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role, ideally within a corporate or hospitality environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with experience in managing busy environments.
