The Digital Transformation Manager leads strategic IT planning, digital transformation governance, and technology risk oversight. The role ensures IT investment, cybersecurity priorities, and digital initiatives are aligned with organisational objectives, while promoting strong governance, cost transparency, and continuous improvement.

- Lead annual IT budget and investment planning aligned to the IT Roadmap.
- Monitor IT spend, analyse costs, and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and change control processes.
- Support IT resource planning, programme oversight, and project governance.
- Coordinate technology governance forums and support audit, risk, and compliance activities.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and adoption of digital services.
- Maintain IT, Cybersecurity, and Digital Strategies and oversee roadmap delivery.
Essential Requirements include:
- Strong knowledge of IT and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Experience in IT budgeting, roadmap planning, and programme governance.
- Understanding of digital technologies such as AI, RPA, EUC, and automation.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
