Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join their team in the South Dublin Office. You will be responsible for the payroll function within the business. This is a stand-alone position within the HR Team, and the ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, accurate, and reliable payroll service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve payroll-related queries or discrepancies.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of payroll systems and procedures.
Ideal candidate
- IPASS qualification (or equivalent) is essential
- Minimum of 3 years’ payroll experience within a large organisation
- Strong working knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and taxation
- Experience with Sage Payroll (Micropay)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
