Internal Audit Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage local and group audit assignments, ensuring compliance with professional standards, company methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate risks and control frameworks of the audited entities and define the scope and methodology of audit missions.
• Conduct audits, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable recommendations to management, ensuring all findings are properly documented.
• Maintain effective communication with local management, supervisory authorities, and statutory auditors, as well as participate in relevant committees.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of audit methodologies, processes, and innovative approaches such as data analysis.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of performing and managing audit assignments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with audit tools such as RAMses or MyAudit.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills, with a focus on risk management and mitigation.
• Ability to build and share knowledge, maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
