Our client, a global corporate with Treasury Operations in Ireland, is seeking an experienced EMEA Head of Cash & Treasury Operations to lead and strengthen treasury operations across a complex, multi-country environment. This senior role plays a critical part in ensuring effective liquidity management, robust controls, and consistent operational excellence across EMEA. You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to optimise cash management, oversee treasury operations, and support strategic decision-making, while leading and developing a high-performing, geographically diverse team. You will report to the Assistant Treasurer and manage a team of 5 staff.
The Job:

• Overseeing cash management, liquidity forecasting, and treasury operations across EMEA
• Ensuring strong governance, controls, and compliance with regional regulations
• Driving process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
• Partnering with finance, tax, and banking partners to support business objectives
• Leading, coaching, and developing a diverse, international team

• At least 10 years’ experience in treasury operations within a large, multi-international organisation
• Graduate in business, economics, accounting or related discipline
• Strong understanding of cash management, banking structures, and risk controls
• A collaborative leader comfortable working across cultures and time zones
• Confident communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach
