Group Head of Finance
My client are a long established Irish group with offices in North Dublin and the UK.
Due to continued growth and market opportunities, they are now recruiting a Group Head of Finance to partner in delivering market growth in Ireland and the UK.
Purpose of position:
The Group Head of Finance is the senior financial leader overseeing all financial strategy, governance, and performance management across the group. This role ensures strong financial stewardship, drives commercial insight, and supports operational excellence across multiple business units and project portfolios. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Finance Director, Senior Leadership Team, and the CEO to deliver sustainable growth, profitability, and disciplined financial management.

The person:
- 10+ years’ post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Experience operating in complex manufacturing environments and high-value construction or project-based operations.
- Strong expertise in cost accounting, project accounting, and capital-intensive operations.
- Commercially astute, highly analytical, and comfortable in fast-paced, complex environments
