You are:
- A technically strong finance leader with deep expertise in financial reporting, controllership and tax compliance in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
- Commercially minded, able to act as a trusted partner to executive and operational stakeholders
- Hands-on, resilient and comfortable navigating complexity in an entrepreneurial, high-volume setting
- A strong leader, managing both local and remote finance teams.
- Take full ownership of reporting, financial control, tax and global finance operations
- Lead consolidation, audit, month-end and year-end processes across multiple jurisdictions
- Partner closely with the SMT on commercial initiatives
- Gain exposure to M&A and private equity exit preparation
