Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Cashflow Processing to lead a vital team within their Client Service Operations department. This role is based in Ireland and is integral to ensuring the seamless execution of investor cashflows and operational excellence. The Senior Manager - Cashflow Processing will play a key role in driving operational improvements, standardizing processes, and implementing innovative solutions in a fast-paced and collaborative setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Cashflow Processing team, providing guidance, coaching, and overseeing performance to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Oversee end-to-end investor cashflow activities, including subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and transfers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements, including leveraging AI and robotic tools where applicable.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, trading, relationship management, and mandate onboarding to ensure seamless transaction execution and process improvements.
- Monitor operational risks, maintain robust controls, and manage team capacity and resource planning to meet service level expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in fund servicing, fund administration, or transfer agency.
- Strong understanding of asset management operations, trading flows, and investor transactions.
- Proven experience in process standardization, operational efficiency, and working with AI/robotic tools is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to navigate complex issues and implement effective solutions.
