Senior AV and Digital Systems Lead

We are seeking a Senior AV and Digital Systems Lead to oversee audio-visual infrastructure and digital systems across a large multi-space events campus.

This senior, hands-on role is responsible for managing multiple AV-enabled rooms, delivering technical support for in-house and large-scale events, and acting as the subject matter expert across sound, lighting, conferencing, rigging, IPTV, and digital signage systems.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Lead maintenance and troubleshooting of core AV infrastructure
2. Support and deliver AV for meetings and major events
3. Collaborate with Event Managers and external AV partners to ensure seamless execution
4. Manage AV vendors and SLA performance
5. Oversee campus-wide digital signage, IPTV, and wayfinding systems
6. Work with Marketing to manage on-site event promotion and advertising

Requirements include:

1. 10+ years’ AV experience in large venues or live event environments
2. Advanced technical knowledge of sound, lighting, and conferencing systems
3. Experience managing AV vendors and digital signage platforms (e.g., TriplePlay or similar)
4. Relevant engineering/technology qualification

Out-of-hours and weekend work will be required in line with event schedules.
