Our client is a leading global aviation leasor and due to business expansion, they now have a new opening for a Treasury VP in their Dublin HQ. Reporting to the Treasurer, the VP Treasury will focus on optimising their capital structure, debt financing and funding.Â

Our client is a leading global aviation leasor and due to business expansion, they now have a new opening for a Treasury VP in their Dublin HQ. Reporting to the Treasurer, the VP Treasury will focus on optimising their capital structure, debt financing and funding.Â
The Job
- Manage and develop banking relationships
- Identify and execute financing strategies to minimise funding costs
- Lead the team in fundraising transactions, including bank refinancing, loan origination, bond market fundraising
- Manage the preparation of transaction approval and board papers.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on Capital Markets activity
- Manage the funding calendar and maturity ladder for the company’s debt maturities
The Candidate
- Min 6 years’ relevant experience in Treasury / Capital Markets
- in-depth understanding of capital markets and funding activities
- Good knowledge of the bond markets
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple complex transactions in high pressure and fast-paced situations
- Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
