Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for processes, including preparing and managing legal documents, approvals, and transaction records.
- Ensure accurate data management and updates in systems
- Coordinate and process purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Support office health and safety requirements, including compliance tracking, training coordination, and incident reporting processes.
- Act as the main liaison for operational queries, ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in administration, with a strong track record of producing accurate and detailed work within deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with advanced IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- Knowledge of Salesforce systems and experience in the real estate or legal sector is advantageous but not essential.
