Construction Lawyer - Boutique Law Firm - 4 or 5 day p/week
Our client has a large team based across Ireland and the UK.
They offer construction law services – predominantly contentious, but also on the non-contentious side.
The Dublin team is now keen to hire an additional Lawyer (Solicitor or Barrister) to the team.
Who this role will suit:
• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with either contentious or non-contentious law experience
• Someone interested in dispute resolution work (70% of the role) is preferable. Our client is happy to help you develop in this area.
• Someone who wants to work in a boutique firm in Dublin (with the backing of a larger business) who is looking for flexibility and good work life balance.
This role offers an opportunity to join our client’s Construction & Procurement Team, which excels in delivering expert advice and representation on construction disputes and procurement law matters.
Responsibilities
• Handle a variety of construction and procurement law matters, providing sound legal advice and drafting contracts, tender documents, and legal correspondence.
• Advocate for clients in construction disputes and procurement matters, delivering seminars and training on related topics to enhance client knowledge.
Requirements
• Detailed knowledge of the commercial, legal, and policy aspects of the construction industry and public procurement processes.
• A strong academic background in a construction or legal-related field, demonstrating expertise in the sector.
