Our client is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Manager to join their Global Regulatory Reporting team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is based in Dublin and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, globally focused team that specialises in regulatory reporting across EMEA and APAC regions. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing post-trade reporting obligations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while driving operational excellence and risk management. This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a passion for regulatory reporting and a proven ability to manage complex global operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the oversight of global post-trade regulatory reporting, including EMIR, SFTR, ASIC, MAS, HKMA, and MIFID Transaction and Trade reporting.
- Develop and implement a robust oversight model to ensure reporting accuracy, quality, and adherence to regulatory deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as compliance, legal, and other operational teams, to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Drive synergies and best practices across the global regulatory reporting team to establish a unified and efficient operational framework.
- Oversee risk management processes and ensure data quality within the department while meeting internal governance obligations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior leader and people manager, with a track record of building and developing global operational teams in a complex environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience with various global post-trade regulatory reporting obligations.
- Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to handle complex and multi-layered relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and understand complex regulatory requirements and their impact on current and future processes.
- Expertise in risk management, with a focus on developing and implementing strong control frameworks.
