Regulatory Change Programme Manager - 12 Month FTC

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Change Programme Manager to lead complex, multi-regulation initiatives across a European financial services environment.

This is a senior role responsible for translating evolving EU regulatory requirements (including AI, digital resilience, ESG and investor protection frameworks) into practical, scalable and commercially aligned business outcomes. You will drive end-to-end programme delivery, governance and business integration across cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance is embedded effectively into BAU operations.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Lead delivery of priority EU regulatory programmes from scoping through to implementation and closure
2. Build and manage integrated roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and governance forums
3. Translate regulatory change into structured impact assessments, delivery plans, and operating models
4. Ensure full traceability from regulation to requirement, control design, testing, and sign-off
5. Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology, and Business leaders to balance regulatory expectations with commercial outcomes
6. Coach and guide programme team members to enhance delivery quality

Requirements include:

1. Significant experience leading complex regulatory change programmes within financial services
2. Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks and governance expectations
3. Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
4. Expertise in programme governance, operating model design and BAU transition
5. Commercially pragmatic, structured and delivery-focused
