My clients is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant to gain valuable experience within a dynamic finance function and make a meaningful contribution during a key period.

Salary: €70k - €75k. Hybrid working, 3 days on site
My clients is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant to gain valuable experience within a dynamic finance function and make a meaningful contribution during a key period.
The Role:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparation of budgets and forecasting
- External reporting (Bank, VAT, Intrastat, Bank)
- Oversee working capital and operating cash flows
- Group Consolidation, Balance Sheet reconciliations, Fixed Assets Register.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors & Tax advisors.
- Banking and covenant compliance reporting
- Other Ad hoc duties
The Person
- Qualified accountant with 2-3 years’ pqe
- Monthly management accounts preparation experience is essential
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with clinical staff across the group and stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
