- Manage and oversee payroll processes across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EMEA payroll laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide support and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience across the EMEA region
- Strong understanding of local payroll laws and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll data and calculations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders and external vendors.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
