Investment Operations Manager - Reinsurance
Our client, a global reinsurance company with large presence in Ireland, is seeking an  Investment Operations Manager to join their dynamic team in Dublin. This role supports the asset management team based overseas, and focuses on the day-to-day operations of a global investment portfolio. You will bring extensive experience in Fixed Income Investment Operations and the ability to lead a small team of professionals.
Responsibilities
Our client, a global reinsurance company with large presence in Ireland, is seeking an  Investment Operations Manager to join their dynamic team in Dublin. This role supports the asset management team based overseas, and focuses on the day-to-day operations of a global investment portfolio. You will bring extensive experience in Fixed Income Investment Operations and the ability to lead a small team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily/monthly cash and position reconciliations, ensuring accuracy
- Manage trade confirmation and settlement processes across various global markets, including Western Europe, North America, Asia, and Emerging Markets
- Handle securities and cash transfers as well as corporate action processing
- Coordinate with custodians, trustees, and external investment managers
- Support audit processes and special projects
- Manage off-balance sheet collateral & counterparty exposure reporting
- 8+ years’ of experience in Fixed Income Investment Operations, including team supervision
- Comprehensive product knowledge across FX, Government securities, MBS, Investment Grade Corporates, High-Yield securities, Loans, ABS, Equities and related derivatives
- Proficiency in Bloomberg systems, Clearwater Analytics, and bank platforms such as JP Morgan Markets, BNY Nexen, etc
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise with external and internal stakeholders
