Business Systems Analyst

A well‑established organisation is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and develop its core business systems and reporting capabilities. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working across systems, processes, and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

1. Support, configure, and optimise key business systems (commercial, membership, and operational platforms)
2. Act as a first point of contact for systems and application queries
3. Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into system solutions
4. Support reporting and data analysis, including dashboards and ad‑hoc reporting (Power BI or similar)
5. Assist with system upgrades, user training, and documentation
6. Provide light first‑line IT support where needed

Requirements include:

1. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a process‑driven mindset
2. Experience supporting business systems and working with data/reporting tools
3. Comfortable working with stakeholders to understand and improve processes
4. Motivated, adaptable, and able to see the bigger picture
5. Systems aptitude more important than specific industry background
