In March 2016 we were announced as basis.point charity patron.
Diversity & Inclusion
In November 2017 The Panel were delighted to sign up to the Ibec/30% Club – Voluntary Code of Conduct for Recruitment and Executive Search Firms.
This initiative aids organisations to achieve gender balance in decision-making roles and ensure that the right candidates for the job is hired, male or female, from 100% of the talent pool.

The Panel and our Managing Partner Anne Keys were instrumental in the setup and launch of 100 Women in Finance in Ireland in 2017 and acted as Co-Chair for the Dublin location from June 2019 to June 2023. She remains an active committee member and advisor to the current Co-Chairs/Vice Co-Chairs.
Sustainability (Social & Environmental)
The Panel aims to be fully aware of all environmental legislation and ensure that regulatory requirements are met, and where feasible, improved upon. The Panel has implemented a training program for its staff to raise awareness of environmental issues and enlist their support in improving the Company’s performance in this area.
