Roberta joined The Panel in August 2026 and has many years’ experience in recruitment, progressing from recruitment coordination into talent acquisition and sourcing roles across a range of sectors including IT, healthcare and banking.
She has partnered with hiring managers and business leaders to recruit across Operations, Legal, Audit, HR and Risk functions. Her expertise spans sourcing, candidate assessment and talent engagement, leveraging networking, social media and employer branding initiatives to identify and attract high-calibre talent.
Roberta will work closely with our Joint Managing Partner, Anne Keys, within our Funds & Investment Management division, serving clients and candidates across the industry.
Roberta holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in communication sciences. Her background in communication, combined with extensive recruitment experience, enables her to build meaningful relationships with candidates and clients while delivering a positive and effective hiring experience.
