Vice President, Fund Accounting Client Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple fund accounting teams delivering NAV production, fund performance calculation, expense allocation and client reporting.
• Provide fund accounting subject matter expertise, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all deliverables.
• Lead process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency in a highly automated, AI-enabled environment.
• Partner with a broad client base, owning the resolution of escalated issues relating to fund calculations and accounting.
• Champion a strong client service culture, developing the team and managing shifting priorities with clear schedules and focus.

Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in a similar fund accounting environment, with a relevant third-level qualification or strong quantitative background.
• Deep funds knowledge (ETFs, mutual and tax transparent funds) and instrument coverage spanning equities, bonds, FX, ETDs, credit, rates and OTC derivatives.
• Strong understanding of industry regulation.
• Proven people management experience, ideally including fund launches, closures and mergers.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the flexibility to work independently and refocus a team as priorities change.
