Commercial Counsel - Fintech Group

Our client is a global technology organisation that has been operating in the Irish market for a number of years.
They have an established legal team in Dublin (6+ lawyers), with additional legal team members based in other jurisdictions.

Due to ongoing growth across the organisation, they are now keen to recruit an additional Commercial Lawyer (2-5 years pqe).
This role will suit transactional lawyers with one of the following profiles:

• Transactional Lawyers from  large law firms who are looking to move to an in-house Commercial Counsel role (please note this is not an M&A role)
• Commercial Counsel - with in-house experience (large law firm training essential)

This is a broad-based commercial role with a significant lean towards drafting and negotiating high value, complex commercial contracts.
Relationship and stakeholder management experience is essential.
You will have the experience and gravitas to take responsibility (as part of a team) for the 'commercials' of the business.
