Our client, a global leader in technology and financial services, is ready to hire a dedicated Litigation Counsel to their high-performing in-house team.
This is a newly created position that reflects the growth across the business.
New products and services have been added to their offering which means they are now in a position to grow the legal team our further.
There is a wider team in the US and UK, with a team of 6 strong based in Dublin.

There is a wider team in the US and UK, with a team of 6 strong based in Dublin.
Who this role will suit:
- Commercial Litigation Lawyers with 3-7 years pqe (commercial/financial litigation experience is essential).
- Large law firm experience preferable (our client is also open to applicants from an in-house commercial litigation teams)
- Ideal candidates will have international financial services litigation experience (international banking, trading or investments) – but if you don’t have this, you do need to have a keen interest in financial services litigation and pivoting into this area.
- Most importantly – you will be a litigator with exceptional drafting, litigation and prelitigation experience who is keen to work in a fast paced and busy international business.
- You must be a technical expert who is open to learning and interested in developing out this role within the business.
The role:
- This is a hugely varied role, so you must enjoy working on cases in multiple jurisdictions such as Germany, France, UK, Italy etc.
- The cases vary in value and complexity – so being agile and turning your hand to various cases is essential.
- This is a multi-jurisdictional role where you will navigate complex disputes and regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Dispute Resolution: Lead the responses and represent the firm in mediations and drafting technical submissions.
- Litigation Management: Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, and court filings for cross-border litigation.
- Analysis: Conduct deep-dive legal research to build case strategies and identify high-value settlement opportunities.
- Global Collaboration: Direct external counsel across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring strict adherence to protocols and reporting standards.
