Chief Operating Officer - Cavan/Monaghan

A rapidly scaling construction services business is seeking a Chief Operating Officer. You will take ownership of the full operational engine—ensuring robust processes, controls, and structure are in place to support growth.

You have general management/COO experience in:

• Leading multi-disciplinary teams across supply chain, sales support, warehousing, and installation
• Driving people planning and workforce deployment
• Embedding processes, controls, and operational KPIs
• Supporting sales through strong delivery capability
• Enabling the launch of new business lines
• Taking P&L responsibility

This role suits a hands-on operator from construction, engineering, or field services, with experience scaling operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role is site based in Cavan/Monaghan.
