Our client, a premier name in the insurance sector, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their well-established legal team.

This key role offers broad exposure across commercial operations, regulatory compliance, and business growth.Â
You will be legal point of contact for vendor management and commercial agreements within the Irish financial services framework.
Key points:
•   This role reports to the Head of Legal and requires a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years pqe.
•   Experience from a regulated industry is preferable.
•   Strong ‘commercial drafting’ is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
•   Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and vendor contracts.
•   Navigate the evolving regulatory landscape, including DORA and GDPR.
•   While supporting the Head of Legal you will partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercially-minded legal solutions.
•   Shape the firm’s internal legal processes and "horizon scan" for future legislative changes.
