Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Director - Wealth & Asset Management to join their high-performing team in Dublin. Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year, multi-million business transformation initiatives within the financial services sector, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing the programme at executive-level governance sessions and providing strategic insights.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex business transformations, aligning with client objectives and adhering to agreed scope, quality, time, and budget parameters.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop business opportunities by contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and client events, while ensuring operational metrics are met.
Requirements
- Proven track record of over 12 years in senior-level consulting and delivering large-scale change programmes within financial services.
- Strong expertise in business transformation methodologies, including PRINCE2, Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS), and PMI/PMP certifications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Experience in aligning business and IT strategies to drive sustainable, agile, and reusable solutions across organisational silos.
- Deep functional expertise in areas such as digital transformation, regulatory change, or CRM programme delivery, coupled with relevant accreditation.
