Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage executive schedules, including diary management, meeting coordination, and optimizing time commitments.
- Oversee travel arrangements and
- Expense management, ensuring compliance with policies and budget constraints.
- Preparation of documents, presentations, and organizational charts.
- Coordinate internal and external events, ensuring seamless execution of logistics and resources.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information related to clients, associates, and business strategies.
- Ad hoc projects
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in financial service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in office technologies and platforms such as MS Office, Zoom, and other tools for efficient work practices.
