I am working with my Client, A global Service Company Fund Director, Fund Accounting for Investor Services Client Platform team. This role is located in Dublin – Ireland.Â

The Role
- Lead the EMEA Fund Accounting Operations organisation for strategic client, Provide strategic and day‑to‑day leadership to high‑performing teams responsible for NAV production, pricing, controls, and client deliverables for one of the largest asset managers globally’.
- Act as EMEA Fund Accounting Operations owner for single client, Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, influence decision‑making, and ensure delivery of a consistently excellent service experience.
- Regional operations accountable executive for Client, Build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders through deep product expertise and a proactive, solution‑driven approach.
- Drive operational excellence across the Fund Accounting lifecycle, Oversee daily NAV production and valuation controls.
- Partner with global internal functions, Collaborate with Global Product, Technology, Risk, Middle Office and Functional Utility stakeholders to ensure alignment, resolve cross‑functional issues, and drive consistency in process and controls.
- Lead onboarding, conversions, and product launch activity, Oversee operational readiness for new funds, complex product structures, and client‑driven change initiatives.
- Strengthen the control environment and risk culture, Ensure robust oversight of key controls, manage audit interactions, and drive remediation of operational risk themes.
- Champion automation and digital transformation, Promote adoption of digital tools, data‑driven solutions and AI‑enabled capabilities to reduce manual touchpoints and enhance operational resilience.
- Serve as senior escalation point for complex issues, Provide direction on break resolution, valuation challenges, and client‑impacting incidents, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
The Candidate
- Extensive Fund Accounting expertise, Deep understanding of NAV production, valuation methodologies, complex instruments, and accounting standards across mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative structures.
- Proven leadership of large, high‑performing operational teams, Ability to motivate, develop, and retain talent while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional client‑facing capability, Demonstrated success influencing senior client stakeholders, managing complex discussions, and navigating competing priorities.
- Strong cross‑functional influence within global organisations, Comfortable operating in a matrix environment and partnering with global teams to drive alignment and resolve issues.
- Control‑focused mindset with strong analytical capability, Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement sustainable solutions in a risk‑sensitive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Confident presenting to senior leadership, mentoring teams, and articulating complex topics clearly.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Advanced degrees or professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) are an advantage.
