Head of Retail – multi-site retailer:
Our client is a growing retail business servicing the 32 counties. They are seeking to strengthen their senior leadership team with an experienced Head of Retail to drive performance and strategic growth across their store network.
You are a Head of Retail with:
• Proven experience leading multi-site convenience or grocery retail operations at a senior level
• Experience in wholesale operations and with FMCG brands
• Excellent people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational expertise
• Experience implementing customer-focused initiatives that drive footfall and loyalty
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance data and act decisively
• A strong track record of delivering commercial results and exceeding sales targets
• Energy, resilience and a passion for delivering exceptional retail standards
