Our Client a well-established financial services organisation in Dublin is looking for an HR Generalist to join a busy, collaborative HR team. This is a broad generalist role with real variety, covering everything from employee relations and performance management to regulatory reporting and HR operations.
The Role
You'll work closely with managers and colleagues across the business, supporting day-to-day HR delivery as well as contributing to a number of ongoing projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Advising and coaching managers on ER matters, performance management, and sensitive conversations
- Supporting regulatory and legislative deliverables including CSRD reporting, Gender Pay Gap, and EUPTD readiness
- Maintaining HR systems and ensuring data accuracy across Employee Central and payroll records
- Managing case work through the case management system
- Assisting with onboarding, time and attendance administration, and employee queries
- Contributing to HR projects and business transformation activities
Ideal Candidate
- A minimum Level 7 degree, ideally in HR or a related discipline
- Solid understanding of Irish employment law
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Experience working across a range of HR functions is a distinct advantage
