General Manager | Dublin Southside | Distribution | SME (Part Time )

A well-established distribution company based in South Dublin is looking for an experienced General Manager to take ownership of their day-to-day operations.

This is a broad, commercial role covering sales management, logistics, stock control, and warehouse oversight. You will lead a small team, drive operational efficiency, and be a key point of contact across the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the sales administration team across order processing, invoicing, back-orders, and customer queries
• Overseeing logistics, including transport booking and delivery management
• Managing weekly stock reconciliations and inventory processes
• Reviewing outsourced warehouse performance against monthly KPIs
• Analysing customer sales data and preparing stock reorder recommendations

What you'll need:

• 4+ years' experience in a fast-paced commercial office environment
• A background in sales support and/or order processing
• Advanced Excel skills
• Solid understanding of SOPs and workflows
• Strong leadership skills and genuine commercial awareness
