Transfer Agency Oversight Manager

We're working with a leading global asset manager that is expanding its digital assets and tokenisation capabilities. They're looking for a driven Senior Manager to join their Transfer Agency team in Dublin.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll lead oversight of Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and play a key part in shaping how the business operates in the rapidly evolving digital assets space.

What you'll be doing

• Providing independent oversight and challenge of TPA activities across Transfer Agency operations
• Driving digital assets and tokenisation initiatives, including onboarding new platforms
• Building strong partnerships with TPAs to resolve issues and continuously improve processes
• Ensuring regulatory readiness and adherence to SLAs and KPIs
• Communicating operational risks clearly to management and business partners
• Supporting fund launches, client migrations, and system upgrades

What we're looking for

• Background in Transfer Agency, ideally with digital assets experience
• Strong understanding of the digital assets landscape and tokenisation
• A challenge mindset — someone who questions the status quo to improve outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
