Contracts Manager (AVP) — Global Aircraft Lessor
Our client is one of the world's leading aircraft lessors based in Dublin. This is a commercially significant role within their Contracts Management function where you will report to the Head of Contracts.

- Assistant Vice President level role
- Reporting to the Head of Contracts Management
- 3 days on site, 2 remote
- Aircraft leasing experience is essential
The Role
You will take ownership of a portfolio, managing all contracts management obligations from lease compliance monitoring through to billing, receivables, and maintenance reserve fund oversight. The role sits at the intersection of commercial, technical, and legal activity and requires close collaboration with airline customers, internal deal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders including Risk, Finance, and Legal.
Responsibilities
- Monitor lease contractual obligations and maintain data integrity across internal systems and reporting platforms
- Track critical lease events including Letter of Credit management, insurance compliance, and rate escalations
- Represent Contracts Management on deal teams for aircraft lease deliveries, acquisitions, and sales, including managing required Conditions Precedents
- Participate in lease reviews and due diligence processes
- Oversee monthly lease billing and reconcile payments across the assigned portfolio
- Manage maintenance reserve funds including rate escalation, fund reconciliation, and claims processing
- Prepare and review monthly and weekly internal portfolio, transaction, and watchlist account reports
- Coordinate data flows between the contracts management system, accounting system, and Aerlytix forecasting platform
- Drive process improvements across the contracts management function, including greater use of technology
Requirements
- Proven experience in aircraft leasing is essential
- Strong understanding of aircraft lease documentation, including Conditions Precedents, maintenance reserves, and Letter of Credit structures
- Experience in contracts management, asset management, or a related commercial role within aviation finance
- Commercially astute with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a cross-functional environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in portfolio reporting and financial reconciliation processes
