IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager to lead the delivery, security and optimisation of IT services across a multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Lead IT operations, infrastructure and service management functions
2. Oversee network performance and security, ensuring robust protection against cyber threats
3. Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, identity and endpoint environments
4. Deliver infrastructure projects including network upgrades and cloud transitions
5. Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery and resilience planning
6. Partner with senior stakeholders to support digital and operational initiatives

Must-Have Requirements:

1.Minimum 3+ years’ experience managing IT operations or infrastructure teams

2.Strong working knowledge of:

• Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft 365 & Azure
• Intune, Conditional Access and Entra ID

3.Proven Fortinet network management experience, including:

• Firewalls, switches, routers, and access points
• Familiarity with the Fortinet Security Fabric ecosystem

4.Strong technical expertise in:

• Network architecture and virtualization
• DNS and DHCP
• Networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs)

Additional Requirements

1. Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. ISO27001, NIST, NIS2)
2. Experience managing IT service delivery and operational environments
3. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Desirable

1. Experience delivering cloud migrations or infrastructure transformation projects
2. Experience in regulated or healthcare environments
