Our client is seeking a Risk and Compliance Analyst. This role will focus on accurate risk reporting, effective monitoring, and well-governed oversight that enables informed decision-making. Responsibilities:

• Maintain the enterprise risk register, ensure timely updates, and track and escalate remediation and control actions
• Compile and draft high-quality Board and Risk Committee reports, 
• Coordinate risk appetite and compliance training, and support the risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) process
• Deliver risk and compliance monitoring and testing
• Lead regulatory horizon scanning and support implementation plans
• Liaise on client complaints and contribute to Conduct Risk Framework documentation

Requirements:

• Direct experience as a Risk and Compliance Analyst in financial services
• Wealth management exposure advantageous
• Working knowledge of MiFID and the Irish regulatory environment preferred
• Strong grasp of risk and compliance fundamentals
• Degree in Finance, Risk , Compliance or a related discipline
• Exceptional organisational skills & attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines independently and collaboratively
