This Client Asset Oversight Analyst opportunity is ideal for a compliance-focused professional who enjoys shaping robust operational controls and governance. You will support oversight of outsourced custodian activities to ensure alignment with the Central Bank of Ireland Client Asset Regulations (CAR). This role offers you the chance to influence controls, governance, training and reporting across a growing operation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and uplift CAR-compliant processes and controls for outsourced custodian activities
• Act as Client Asset Oversight Analyst point of contact for technical CAR queries
• Develop, maintain and embed CAR policies, guidance and training
• Promote a strong CAR culture across teams 
• Monitor, analyse and reduce CAR breaches & maintain the CAR risk database
• Track regulatory change and liaise with stakeholders and regulators 
• Produce clear updates and board-level reports on CAR risks, issues and outsourced custodian adherence

• Direct experience within asset oversight or compliance in financial services
• Wealth management or asset management exposure advantageous
• Working knowledge of MiFID and the Irish regulatory environment preferred
• Degree in Finance, Risk , Compliance or a related discipline
• Exceptional organisational skills & attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines independently and collaboratively
