4 or 5 days per week option

Our client is a highly successful boutique law firm that punches above its weight in terms of high value, quality client work.
They are now keen to hire an experience Solicitor with experience in probate and residential conveyancing.

• Minimum 5 years PQE in probate and conveyancing

This is a strong opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to take ownership of a busy probate and conveyancing caseload, working directly with private clients from initial instruction through to completion. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy within a collegiate, supportive team, with real scope to grow as the firm grows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy caseload of probate instructions, including will drafting and acting for executors
• Act for private clients in the sale and purchase of residential properties
• Draft contracts and complete comprehensive title checks
• Handle files independently, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Liaise directly with clients, providing clear and accessible legal advice

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with current practicing certificate, Ireland
• Minimum 5 years PQE in probate and conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of property and probate law
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for building trusted client relationships
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset and strong team-player ethos
