Junior Wealth Manager
Our client is a respected European wealth management organisation with a purpose-led culture committed to acting responsibly and creating long-term value. This Junior Wealth Manager opportunity is ideal for an ambitious professional, with some prior experience within wealth management, to develop their client facing career. In this role you will support the Wealth & Investment team in managing client portfolios and in the process, you will develop advanced investment knowledge, technical skills, and commercial acumen. You will also play an active role in business development, building networks, and contributing to the firm’s growth. This role builds on the foundation established as a Trainee, with increasing responsibility and autonomy, and prepares the individual for progression to Investment Manager and beyond.

Responsibilities
- Support the management of client portfolios and lifecycle processes
- Engage with clients and intermediaries, helping to resolve queries and improve the overall client experience
- Contribute to investment research, asset allocation discussions, and the ongoing management of portfolios
- Assist in creating client proposals, presentations, and pitch materials to support business development activity
- Take part in team meetings, CPD activity & knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Experience in wealth management or a financial advisory role, with exposure to portfolio reviews
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical investment concepts clearly and confidently
- Good understanding of regulatory standards, compliance expectations, and the wider financial markets environment.
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-focused approach, with a genuine commitment to client service and professional development
- Graduate in business or related discipline
- QFA qualified or working towards
