The company operates across multiple countries in the region and is looking for a hands-on, commercially minded leader who can positively influence production, operations, and procurement.
You will:
- Lead the production, operations and procurement functions, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
- Improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency, profitability, quality and health and safety standards.
- Work closely with department heads to support smooth day-to-day operations and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and implement KPIs for the Chief Operating Officer and wider team, supporting target delivery and professional growth.
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution as a key member of the leadership team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years’ experience in a senior operational or production leadership role.
- Strong financial, commercial and strategic planning capability.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction or building materials production.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a flexible and proactive approach.
