Commercial & Technology Lawyer — International Law Firm
Our client’s Dublin-based Commercial & Technology team advises institutional clients and leading Irish innovation-driven businesses on data protection, AI, IP, technology and commercial contracts.
They are now keen to hire an additional Lawyer to the group.

You'll work closely with the lead partner supporting key clients.
The team works in a genuinely collegiate way, both internally and across the firm's other Dublin practice groups.

- 3–6 years' PQE
- Training and experience gained with a large law firm preferable
- Sits alongside, and collaborates closely with, the Corporate and Employment teams

Responsibilities
- Advise on the data, IP and technology aspects of joint ventures and M&A transactions
- Draft and negotiate commercial and technology contracts, including in relation to emerging technologies and AI
- Lead on client advices and take ownership of complex, technical matters
- Advise on GDPR compliance and regulatory investigations
- Build and manage client relationships directly
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 3–6 years' PQE
- Strong commercial law background, with particular expertise in GDPR, emerging technologies, IP and data aspects of corporate transactions
- Training and experience with a leading law firm
- Outstanding academics and excellent drafting skills
- High attention to detail, well organised, and comfortable managing multiple matters at once
