Our client is seeking an experienced Treasurer to join a fast-paced Finance team in Dublin City Centre on a permanent basis, with hybrid working available. This Treasurer role offers the opportunity to play a key part in managing daily treasury operations, cash flow, banking relationships, and foreign exchange activity across multiple global entities. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving processes in a regulated, international environment. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working closely with teams across Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day treasury function, including cash visibility, liquidity monitoring, and safeguarding funds
• Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and operational decision-making
• Oversee domestic and international payments, bank transfers,  and intercompany funding
• Monitor FX exposure and carry out FX transactions where required to support the company’s multi-currency operations
• Support daily bank reconciliations, treasury reporting, regulatory financial checks, and continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5–7 years’ experience in a Treasurer or similar treasury-focused role within a global organisation
• Strong practical knowledge of cash management, liquidity control, forecasting, banking operations, and treasury controls
• Experience working with international banks, multi-currency environments, and FX transactions
• Exposure to capital adequacy or regulatory reporting is an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and experience using NetSuite and banking platforms
