Our client, a global investment management company, is seeking a Compliance Specialist  to join a growing and highly respected investment management compliance team. The Job:

• Monitor investment restriction and guideline breaches across fund ranges
• Review investment vehicles and assess them against relevant regulations and fund documentation
• Support ongoing liaison with fund managers, depositaries, and external providers
• Assist with fund documentation reviews ahead of launch and throughout the product lifecycle
• Contribute to compliance monitoring, employee declarations, personal trading oversight, reporting, training, and regulatory issue management

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Irish and EU investment regulation, particularly UCITS, AIFMD, and MiFID.
• Previous experience in investment compliance, ideally gained within asset management or a related regulatory environment
• Good understanding of fund structures, fund types, and a range of asset classes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
