Managing Director | Malaysia & Singapore | Kuala Lumpur

A global leader in manufacturing solutions, part of a long-established European group, is hiring a Managing Director to lead its Malaysia & Singapore operation from Kuala Lumpur. Following a recent acquisition, this role carries full P&L ownership: integrate two businesses, merge two sales teams into one, and drive combined revenue growth. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, APAC.

You will:

• Own full P&L for the combined ~€80m Malaysia & Singapore business
• Lead the integration of two recently combined businesses
• Merge two separate sales teams into a single high-performing structure
• Develop and execute country-specific sales and growth strategies
• Build relationships with developers, contractors, consultants and government stakeholders

You are:

• A commercial leader with 15+ years' experience, including 5+ in senior leadership
• Proven in business integration and organisational transformation (both prerequisites)
• Experienced managing P&L and delivering growth in a multinational environment
• Strategic, hands-on and credible across diverse cultures and matrix structures
